This program is designed for people who are new to bodybuilding and working out or just looking for some structure to make gains fast. The design is built for you to get your body use to using your muscles. The first two weeks will consists of whole body workouts, lower body workouts, core training, and cardio. Once this phase is over we will split up the exercises into muscle groups to gain muscle size and strength. The last phase will consists of higher volume (more sets and reps) and isolation exercises. This last phase will show how much muscle and strength we have gained in the past weeks. Upon completion of this regimen, your mind, body, and muscles will know how to be more prepared for working out and building muscle.
